xmas is coming

so fast.
it’s almost christmas already.
And then it would be year end and the new year.
i love xmas.
the xmas carols in the air. the festive season.
how i wish xmas wouldn’t come so soon.
then it would last longer.

OPERATION revamp the basil

Repaint, restyle, redecorate.
okletsdoit!
First off,shift out all the kitchenware from the basil.
Move on to get new shelves, christmas lights, and some nice table cloths from Ikea.
Load everything off at home first.
Then move in for the kill.
Our DIY Paint job.
All girls only.
yea GIRL POWER.
Seems like using the paint brush is better than the roller.
But paint brush paint until my hand no more strength to type out this post.
Finally finish painting at 3am in the morning.
Is there time for a midnight snack?
Why sure of cos girl.
Go back, have a quick bath and sleep.
It is done.
After the millionth drop of sweat, we can finally heave a sigh of relief.
And finally we rest.
Let the feast begin.

Basils and such

Sales is picking up,

Slowly more and more people are taking notice of our tiny thai outlet

Having a place with such good food but nobody around to eat is downright heartbreaking.

If only we could have a bigger place..

Then we could host a makan session for iEat and gang.

But it is really too small, max seats 20 or so.

I am just grateful and happy for the postive feedback that has come forth so far.

Able to wake up to another day means I have earned another day to keep trying.

Continue to persevere.:)

Top 12 finalists

By God’s grace, I have sailed through to the finals of Miss Singapore Sweetheart’08. Praise the Lord. Do come down to Courts (who are one of our dear sponsors) this saturday 5th Jul to support the 12 contestants at 1pm-3pm. It is held at big Courts Megastore in Tampines. Don’t go to the wrong one..it’s not the one at Tampines Mall, but the one at Courts Megastore. Do come down to have some fun with us while we put up a great show for u=) Most importantly, may Jesus be there with me too.
