Finally a new year has come, let us embrace it with fresh hopes and dreams. Everything we had done in the past year, be it good or bad times, has all been worth the while because we won’t be who we are today if not for the it.Let us remember the good and learn from the bad,and most importantly let bygones be bygones. It’s going to be an awesome one this year~

I love Genting so much. the weather is cool, (it’s like you’re in air condition 24/7), there are many death defying, exhilarating rides (sit until can die), and lots of cheap good food(mushroom farm)

Took the 10pm bus from lavendar mrt station; the actual bus departed at around 1130pm.

(There is one pit stop in between for toilet break and makan.)

Arrived in Genting at around 6am in the morning. Extremely cold. My brain cannot think, just keep running towards that one destination: check in hotel.

Hotel(First World) declined our early check in so we loitered around for a good 5-6hours in our groggy state and had the break fast buffet at the hotel beside first world.

Give them ermm… 1 star. kakaka

After we got up and changed,and freshen up we headed back downstairs and it’s time for the rides!!(oh what have i done to deserve such fun)

Most memorable ride: the one that goes woohhhhhhhhhhhhh up up up into the sky(even if you’re heard screaming omg omg get me down from here, i don’t want to sit this ride anymore, GET ME DOWN FROM HERE, omg omg omg) nobody’s going to care, at the very least maybe only the mountain creature from the mountains. And then Pfffff, they let out some smoke to signal the sudden drop down onto the ground.

And then, Woohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

I tried to scream but couldn’t. That sickening feeling inside me, want to argggggg!!!!! but cannot, want to smile also cannot, and it goes on for 3 intervals, just when u thought u can open your mouth and scream, you realised that it is still moving downwards. Horrible horrible feeling.

Super man and cock screw rollarcoaster rides are also another 2 to look out for. 5 stars **

Fast forward to our food at mushroom farm, we had fried fish coated with thin slices of fried magarine, sambal kang kong, recommended stir fried golden mushroom(signature dish), steamed chicken, soy sauce chicken, prawn omelette, and hotplate tofu.

Loved it all.

Not much shopping to be done at Genting actually, just food, games and of cos if you like gambling, the many casinos.

Fast forward to our 5 hours coach ride back home. I watched Finding nemo(how many times already) and cat woman after that.

Overall, great trip and great bonding! Keep our friendship growing strong~

Rosti and egg. Very standard one for me. I stick by my logic, Rosti is a Must Have at marche.

Walking down the streets of Orchard road with all the pretty lights is such a blessing with them

Looking forward to my first time ever Genting trip in a few days time. So sad that Mz Nadia won’t be able to join.:`(

We went to east coast park for a simple meal

Dued to my thai style accustomed tongue I chose the one that looked the spiciest

We went for a after meal walk and end up walking all the way to macdonalds.

Someone said that since it’s closing down soon, we shall go and have a last

goodbye reminiscing drink there. And on the way we heard a story of how 4 girls went to the

MBS sky pool to enjoy the jacuzzi. But ended up relaxing in the fountain instead

until the security guard came and told them that hey this is the buidling fountain

not jacuzzi, pls move next door to the building JACUSSI. kakakka….yanjing ah yanjing… oppss

At this point of time Dora was re-telling the tale of her iphone purchase which costs her $900 because she had to break the contract and pay $300 which some of us already heard before because she complained to us in the car already

But you tell by the enthusiastic gesture of her hand in the last picture clearly how much jest she had and the amount of fury singtel has caused her.

Going to be taking part in a FOOD game show on channel 8.
And you won’t believe it, in one segment we will be cooking a dish, LIVE. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.
There will be 4 contestents, and 4 game segments and also elimination rounds.
Not going to say which round i got eliminated but have to admit i had quite some fun there.
The cutie pie you see beside me in the picture, she’s the winner of this episode and you wouldn’t believe the amount she walked away with.
$3784!!
That’s a lot of money la.
There’s only one winner though.
The rest only walked away with $1oo.
Man!
The theme category for our episode is Chicken and will be showing sometime around the week before christmas on saturdays episode 6.

It was such a lovely surprise even though while making my way back from the ‘ladies’,
i bumped into Kenneth who was there busy doing the stand by. kekeke
Even though i’m the eldest of the group, feel so touched that they would do this for me.
